Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or the “User”) and Kerosene (“Kerosene”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading any software we distribute, or otherwise accessing or using kerosenecheats.com or any associated service (collectively the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the age requirement above.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or jurisdiction where your use of the Service would violate any applicable law or regulation.
• You have not previously been suspended or banned from the Service.

3. Accounts & Security

To access most of the Service you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any session tokens.
• Promptly notifying us at keroseneclient@gmail.com of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
• Configuring and using any optional security features we provide, including email verification and two-factor authentication.

We may verify any information you provide, including by email, Discord linkage, or device-based checks, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, shared, resold, or operated by a banned user.

4. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your full and ongoing compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, Kerosene grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Kerosene software and content (the “Software”) for the duration of your active license, solely on hardware you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, share, distribute, stream, or publicly display the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or attempt to extract source code, algorithms, signatures, or offsets from the Software, except to the limited extent such activity is permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this prohibition.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices.
• Use the Software on hardware other than your own personal devices, or permit any other person to use your license key or account.
• Use the Software to develop, train, or improve any competing product or service.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with any authentication, key validation, integrity, telemetry, or anti-abuse mechanism in the Software.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Kerosene.

5. Payments & Pricing

Prices are listed on each product page in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted and may change at any time. By placing an order you authorize us, our payment processors, and our affiliates to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes, processing fees, and currency conversion costs.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers. You agree to the terms of any such processor, in addition to these Terms. License keys are typically delivered automatically upon successful payment confirmation; you are responsible for keeping the key and any associated download links secret.

All sales are final except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Issuing a chargeback without first contacting us and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and all active licenses, with no refund.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before purchasing.

7. Risk Acknowledgement & Bans

You understand and acknowledge that:

• The Software is designed to modify or interact with third-party video games in ways that may violate those games’ terms of service, end-user license agreements, or community guidelines.
• Use of the Software may result in game account warnings, suspensions, hardware bans, or permanent bans, and may also affect anti-cheat, store, or platform accounts linked to that game.
• No software is permanently undetectable. A product status of “Operational” or “Undetected” is our best, point-in-time understanding only and is not a guarantee of safety.
• You assume all risk associated with downloading, installing, and running the Software. Kerosene is not responsible for any account, item, rank, currency, hardware, or platform losses that result from your use of the Software.

You agree not to hold Kerosene responsible for any action taken by a game publisher, platform, anti-cheat vendor, or third party against you or any account, hardware, or device you control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, and not to assist or permit any third party to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or system, including by credential stuffing, brute force, scraping, or session replay.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, dox, or impersonate any person.
• Upload, share, or distribute any content that contains malware, exploits, illegal content, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, our Discord server, our support systems, or any other user’s ability to use the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access, register, or interact with the Service without our prior written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or relationship with any other person.

9. Intellectual Property

Kerosene and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service and the Software, including all related source code, object code, designs, logos, trademarks, content, documentation, and the “Kerosene” name and brand. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you; you receive only the limited license expressly described in Section 4.

10. User Content (Configs, Plugins, Tickets)

You may submit content to the Service, including configuration files, plugins, support messages, and ticket attachments (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Kerosene a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and use your User Content as needed to operate, provide, improve, and promote the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law. We may remove or refuse to host any User Content at our discretion, with or without notice.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services, including payment processors, email delivery providers, content delivery networks, Discord, and game publishers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms and policies.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, your license keys, or your access to all or part of the Service at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including (without limitation) if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created risk or possible legal exposure for Kerosene, other users, or third parties.

If your account is terminated for cause, no refunds will be issued. You may stop using the Service at any time; doing so does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, Sections 4, 7–9, and 12–17) will survive.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND THE SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEROSENE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR UNDETECTABLE BY ANY ANTI-CHEAT, PLATFORM, OR THIRD PARTY. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KEROSENE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, ACCOUNT BANS, GAME PROGRESS, HARDWARE BANS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KEROSENE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD 50.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kerosene and its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service or the Software; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right (including any intellectual property right, contract, or privacy right); or (d) any User Content you submit.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in our place of operation, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or collective proceeding.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by posting a notice on the Service or by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
